Order Processing

Please allow up to five (5) business days to process your order. Most of our items are manufactured to order. Expect an email within five (5) business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $35 after discounts or promotions are eligible for free domestic U.S shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
